WHAT WE ENGINEER

Systems built around the work your business needs to get done.

Start with an operational problem. Choose the smallest system that can solve it, then extend it when the evidence supports the next step.

01 / AI SYSTEMS

AI systems engineering

Build knowledge retrieval, document workflows, decision support and AI agents into business processes—with defined data boundaries and human review where judgement matters.

  • Knowledge and RAG systems
  • AI-enabled operations workflows
  • Evaluation, guardrails and approvals
02 / PRODUCT ENGINEERING

Custom SaaS & business software

Turn a proven business need into a maintainable product: from architecture and first release through multi-user operations, APIs and product iteration.

  • B2B SaaS and white-label platforms
  • Customer portals and internal tools
  • Dashboards, roles and API layers
03 / SYSTEMS INTEGRATION

Business automation

Connect the tools already in use and remove repeat hand-offs across customer, sales and operations work—without selling a one-off bot as a business system.

  • CRM, ERP, email and document flows
  • API orchestration and data workflows
  • Exceptions, approvals and audit trails
04 / CONTINUOUS ENGINEERING

Managed AI engineering

Keep production systems useful after launch with ongoing evaluation, maintenance, cost review and a prioritised improvement backlog.

  • Monitoring and quality checks
  • Workflow and feature improvements
  • Platform maintenance and cost review

WHO WE WORK WITH

For teams with recurring work, valuable information and too many disconnected tools.

Best suited to established B2B teams, typically with 50–500 employees, a workflow owner, access to the systems involved and an outcome they can measure.

01

Professional services

Knowledge work, client delivery, research and repeatable document processes.

02

Logistics & trading

Operational hand-offs, status visibility and data spread across partner systems.

03

Property & construction

Project coordination, document-heavy approvals and updates across teams.

04

Recruiting & B2B operations

Candidate, customer and sales workflows that depend on timely, consistent follow-up.

Financial services: Projects are considered where the scope, data handling and applicable controls can be agreed. No regulatory approval or grant eligibility is implied.

HOW DELIVERY WORKS

A clear path from workflow to production.

  1. 01

    Understand the workflow

Map users, hand-offs, systems, data constraints and the result that would make a change worthwhile.

  2. 02

    Design the smallest useful system

Set architecture, interfaces, controls, acceptance measures and what belongs in the first phase.

  3. 03

    Prove the workflow

Build a bounded pilot against agreed inputs and outcomes. Review real cases before widening access or automation.

  4. 04

    Deploy and improve

Release with operational ownership, monitoring and a practical plan for maintenance and further engineering.

Designed for real operating conditions.Access, data retention, model use, approvals and failure handling are addressed in the design. Requirements are agreed per project; no certification or universal compliance claim is made.

PRODUCT ENGINEERING IN PRACTICE

COMMERCIAL MODEL · SGD

Price the engineering phase you need.

Starting points are informed by published Singapore software project ranges and a bounded delivery scope. Final proposals follow requirements; software usage, hosting and third-party fees are itemised separately.

01 / DEFINE

Architecture sprint

From S$8,000

Paid discovery to map a priority workflow, system boundaries, delivery risks and a costed pilot scope.

Typically a focused two-week engagement.
03 / DEPLOY

Production system

From S$80,000

Production AI and software systems with the integrations, access controls, monitoring and operational handover in scope.

Phased delivery for multi-system work.
04 / BUILD A PRODUCT

SaaS & product engineering

From S$60,000

Product architecture and an initial release for a B2B SaaS platform, internal product or white-label application.

Roadmap and release boundaries set at discovery.
05 / IMPROVE

Managed AI engineering

From S$7,500 / month

Reserved engineering capacity for maintenance, monitoring, evaluation and a prioritised improvement backlog.

Monthly scope and capacity agreed in writing.

Planning ranges are informed by publicly published Singapore software project guides and provider engagement models. They are not a quotation, guarantee of delivery time or comparison of like-for-like scopes. View published Singapore project cost ranges ↗

DECISION GUIDE

What a production AI or software brief needs to answer.

For a CTO or operations lead, the first decision is which workflow is worth changing and what evidence would make a pilot useful. The questions below shape scope before a build begins.

Can AI use our company knowledge?

A retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) system searches approved source material and passes relevant passages to a model when a user asks a question. The design must define which documents are in scope, who can retrieve them, how changes are indexed, and how answers show their sources. A proof of value tests answer quality on representative questions and permission boundaries before wider rollout.

Can it connect to our CRM or ERP?

The integration plan begins with available APIs, data ownership, identity and vendor terms. A first release can read a bounded set of records, prepare a recommendation and leave a write action to an authorised person. Mapping, duplicate handling, retries and exceptions are part of the workflow, not assumed away.

Where do human approvals sit?

High-impact actions can stop at a review queue. A named owner checks the proposed change against its source data, approves or rejects it, and the system records the outcome. Which actions need review, and when an action may run automatically, are agreed with the client for the specific process.

What changes after launch?

Operational ownership includes monitoring failures, checking answer or workflow quality against agreed examples, reviewing model and hosting cost, and maintaining integrations when upstream systems change. Managed AI engineering is a separately scoped monthly engagement; it does not replace the initial production build.

Illustrative workflow: an incoming document is matched to an existing CRM record, key fields are extracted for review, an authorised teammate approves the update, and exceptions remain visible in a queue. This is a scope example, not a claim about a delivered client system.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Clear answers before the first build.

What does Polymath Productions build?

Polymath Productions is an AI systems and product engineering partner. It designs and builds custom AI workflows, SaaS products, internal software, business applications and integrations for operational teams.

Does Polymath Productions work with Singapore businesses?

Yes. Singapore is the primary target market for this engineering offer, with remote project delivery available across Singapore and APAC. This page makes no claim of a Singapore office or local accreditation.

Can you connect AI to our existing CRM, ERP or documents?

Yes, where the systems expose suitable interfaces and the data, access and vendor terms support the intended use. The integration path and any human approval steps are scoped before implementation.

How much does an AI or software project cost in Singapore?

Current starting points are S$8,000 for an architecture sprint, S$25,000 for a focused proof of value, S$60,000 for SaaS product engineering, S$80,000 for production systems, and S$7,500 per month for managed AI engineering. Scope, integration depth and operating requirements determine a written proposal.

How do you handle privacy, security and AI quality?

We define data access, retention, model use, evaluation and failure handling for the specific system. The client’s legal, security and regulatory requirements must be reviewed for the project; no blanket compliance certification is implied.

When is a proof of value enough, and when is a production system needed?

A proof of value tests one bounded workflow against agreed acceptance measures. A production system adds the access, integration, monitoring, exception handling and operational handover required for day-to-day use. The exact boundary is set in a written scope.

Who builds and maintains the work?

Paul Konstantin Regler leads the company and works with co-founder and Head of Engineering Yegar Sahaduta on technical planning and delivery. Ongoing maintenance is scoped separately as managed engineering where needed.

Is Polymath Productions the same company as Regler Productions?

Polymath Productions is the company name used on reglerproductions.com. Paul Konstantin Regler is identified on the site as its founder and lead developer.
